Avery Construction was awarded the contract for the Downtown Plaza Project in Sault Ste Marie. As the general contractor, we are responsible for the planning and execution of all components of the project including the management of our subcontractors and self performing of our work. This project involved a small building for office, mechanical room, change room and zamboni room. On the exterior, there is an outdoor rink, stage, water feature, amphitheater, mobile kitchen units, plenty of concrete pavement and asphalt as well.
