Avery Construction was awarded the contract for the demolition and excavation portion of the Tenaris ERW project in Sault Ste Marie. This project saw us completing all sawcutting, demolition and removal of concrete foundations and floor, excavation and backfill for foundations, tunnel demolition and installation of a rail spur.
Avery Construction was awarded the contract for the complete reconstruction of Third Line East from Black Road to the Hospital entrance in Sault Ste Marie. Our scope included installation of new sewer, reconstruction of roadway including curb, asphalt and sidewalk and deep culvert crossings.
Avery Construction was awarded the contract for the complete removal and replacement of two sections of Aqueduct in Sault Ste Marie. This involved dewatering, concrete demolition and removal as well as full reconstruction of each section.

In late 2019, Avery Construction was awarded the contract to perform an emergency repair on storm main within the limits of Sault Ste. Marie. This involved the replacement of larger diameter CSP with 1500mm concrete pipe and the installation of a new manhole.
Avery Construction will be completing the install of site services, foundation excavation and backfill as well as parking lot and roadway construction for the proposed Agawa Canyon Tour Train Station being built at the former St Mary’s Paper Site which is now the Mill Square in Sault Ste. Marie.
