2020 Farwell Terrace Aquaduct
Avery Construction was awarded the contract for the complete removal and replacement of two sections of Aqueduct in Sault Ste Marie. This involved dewatering, concrete demolition and removal as well as full reconstruction of each section.
2020 Sixth Avenue Road Reconstruction
Avery Construction was awarded the contract for the full reconstruction of Sixth Avenue including all water and sewer.
2020 Northern Avenue Resurfacing
Avery Construction was awarded the contract for the resurfacing of Northern Avenue in Sault Ste Marie.
2019 McNabb Street Storm Sewer Repair
In late 2019, Avery Construction was awarded the contract to perform an emergency repair on storm main within the limits of Sault Ste. Marie. This involved the replacement of larger diameter CSP with 1500mm concrete pipe and the installation of a new manhole.
2019 Agawa Canyon Tour Train Station – Mill Square
Avery Construction will be completing the install of site services, foundation excavation and backfill as well as parking lot and roadway construction for the proposed Agawa Canyon Tour Train Station being built at the former St Mary’s Paper Site which is now the Mill Square in Sault Ste. Marie.
2019 Volkswagen Dealership
Avery Construction was hired by Jobst Construction to complete the site services portion of the work at the new VW Dealership in Sault Ste Marie. Our work includes the installation of site services, excavation and backfill of foundations, construction of parking lots and roadways, etc.
2019 Kal Tire – Site Services
Avery Construction was hired by Jobst Construction to complete the civil portion of the work at the Kal Tire Site in Sault Ste. Marie. Our work consists of the reconstruction of the parking lot and roadways, installation of entrance culverts, installation of stormwater management system.
2019 Ruth Street Road Reconstruction
Avery Construction was awarded the contract for the reconstruction of Ruth Street in Sault Ste Marie,ON. As the General Contractor, our work includes the install of new water and sewer infrastructure and reconstruction and resurfacing of the street.
