In 2006 Avery Construction was involved in the City of Sault Ste. Marie’s boardwalk expansion plans. The company removed old timber cribs and installed sheet piling to replace them. Some shoreline protection (Rip-Rap) was also installed. Avery Construction also installed a concrete box culvert to allow water from the St. Mary’s River to flow into a planned floral pond.
